How do I create an account and start my free trial?

Go to the sign-up page, create your account, choose a plan, and enter your payment details to begin your 7-day trial.

You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel from your billing page before then if you do not want the subscription to continue.

How do I sign in or add a password?

Go to the sign-in page, enter your email address, and choose Email me a login link. No password is required. Check your spam folder or Promotions tab if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.

If you prefer a password, sign in first, open your account menu, choose Password & security, and add a password of at least 12 characters.

Where can I download the app?

No download is required. Copycat Cafe is web-based: open your browser and go to copycatcafe.com.

How can I contact support?
